    Mind Flow Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located at Shop 3/36 Empire Bay Drive, Kincumber NSW 2251, offering personalised, small-group classes designed to build strength, improve mobility and support overall wellbeing. Led by experienced instructor Jen Watts, the studio provides a welcoming and supportive environment where clients of all fitness levels can move with confidence and intention.

    At Mind Flow Pilates, every session is thoughtfully programmed to help you develop core strength, improve posture, enhance flexibility and reduce pain or tension. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, classes are tailored to suit individual needs and goals.

    • Reformer Pilates
      Reformer Pilates classes use specialised reformer machines to provide resistance-based, low-impact training. These sessions focus on controlled movements that strengthen the core, improve alignment and build long, lean muscle tone. Reformer Pilates is ideal for injury rehabilitation, strength building, and improving balance and coordination while being gentle on the joints.
    • Matwork Pilates
      Matwork Pilates classes focus on bodyweight exercises performed on the mat, targeting core stability, flexibility and muscular endurance. Using precise, controlled movements, these sessions help improve posture, spinal alignment and overall body awareness. Matwork is suitable for all levels and provides a strong foundation for functional movement.
    • Mums and Bubs Pilates
      Mums and Bubs Pilates is specially designed for postnatal mothers who want to safely rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies — all while bringing their baby along. These supportive sessions focus on pelvic floor recovery, core stability and gentle strength work in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
